Gareth Allen

Gareth Allen is an experienced banking professional currently serving as Head of Operations at Birmingham Bank since February 2024. Previously, Gareth held the position of Head of Mortgage Operations at The Co-operative Bank plc from January 2023 to February 2024, and spent nearly a decade at TSB Bank in various roles, including Head of Financial Support Operations and Head of Mortgage Services. Earlier in the career at Lloyds Banking Group, Gareth was the Transition Design Lead and Business Readiness for Verde Mortgages as well as Senior Manager of Business Change. Educational background includes attendance at Prince Henry's High School in Evesham from 1983 to 1989.
