Christina Hyde is an experienced IT professional with a focus on messaging and applications support. Currently serving as a Senior Applications Analyst at Birmingham City University since December 2016, Christina leads a team that provides third-line support in areas such as Email, Active Directory, and Identity Management, including Azure and Office 365. Prior to this role, Christina worked at IBM as a Senior Messaging Engineer and at Kantar IT Partnership as a Senior Messaging Specialist, supporting global messaging infrastructure. Christina's career began at Millward Brown as a Senior Messaging Specialist and IT Support Specialist, and early experience includes serving as an IT Support Executive at ITV. Christina holds degrees in Business Studies ONC and HNC from Birmingham City University.
