Tim Bayliss

Tim Bayliss is a seasoned professional in student engagement and recruitment, currently serving as the Senior Student Engagement and Recruitment Officer at Birmingham City University since March 2022, having previously held the role of Student Engagement and Recruitment Assistant. With experience as a Graduate Area Manager at Amazon and a Retail Assistant at Asda, Tim developed strong organizational and management skills. Tim's background also includes outreach work with Friends International and serving as a Student Ambassador at the University of Birmingham, where the educational foundation was established with a Bachelor's degree in French and Spanish with Translation from the University of Birmingham, completed in 2019.
