Gabriel Alves

Gabriel Alves is a professional soccer player currently with Birmingham Legion FC since January 2023, following a successful tenure as a student athlete at Marshall University from August 2020 to July 2023, where Gabriel contributed to a Conference USA championship and a national title while being recognized on the All-Freshman Team. Previous experiences include invitations to summer tryouts with Nashville Soccer Club and Atlanta United FC, coaching youth soccer at WVFC, and serving as a marketing assistant at Saint Roch Sports, where responsibilities expanded to coaching, photography, and event planning. Earlier athletic experiences were with Esporte Clube Água Santa, Capivariano Futebol Clube, and Esporte Clube São Bento. Gabriel Alves is pursuing a degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management with a focus on sports management at Marshall University.
