Emily Marr

Emily Marr is a seasoned professional in the museum sector with extensive experience in educational and grant administration roles. Currently serving as the Development Officer for Grants and Administration and Manager of School and Outreach Programs at Birmingham Museum of Art since September 2018, Emily previously held positions as School and Community Programs Coordinator at Bechtler Museum of Modern Art and Public Programs Coordinator at International Arts & Artists. Emily's earlier experience includes the role of School Programs Coordinator and Museum Experience Associate at Bechtler Museum of Modern Art. Emily earned a Master of Arts in Museology/Museum Studies from Harvard Extension School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from The University of the South. Additionally, Emily completed secondary education at The Hill School.
