Gianluca di Gioia

Gianluca Di Gioia is an accomplished Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Birra Peroni since July 2021 and as Co-Chair and a founding member of the LEAD Network Italy Chapter since November 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Whirlpool Corporation from January 2015 to December 2020, where Gianluca held multiple HR Director roles across global product organizations and total rewards in EMEA and ASIA. Prior to Whirlpool, Gianluca worked at Indesit Company from August 2005 to December 2014, progressing through various HR leadership positions, including HR Executive Director. Additional early career experience includes roles at Merloni Elettrodomestici and Gewiss SpA. Gianluca holds a Bachelor of Laws from Università degli Studi di Bari and has completed several executive education programs at prestigious institutions such as Stanford University and The Wharton School.
