Philippe Humblot

Philippe Humblot is an accomplished professional in the food industry, currently serving as Responsable de production at BISCUITS BOUVARD since June 2022, overseeing a team of approximately 140 individuals across various production lines. Philippe has substantial experience in production management from notable companies such as Danone Dairy, where Philippe led a 30-person team in the process sector, and TEREOS, supervising 65 collaborators in multiple distilleries. Formerly with Groupe Lactalis, Philippe held various roles including Manufacturing Manager, managing significant production volumes of whey powder. Philippe's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Food Industry Management from IGR-IAE Rennes and training in Food Industry Development.
