Brian Zacharias

Brian Zacharias has over 17 years of work experience. From 2013-Present, they have worked at Bishop Ranch by Sunset Development Company as an Assistant Project Manager, Accounting Manager, and Senior Financial Analyst. From 2006-2013, they worked at Heat and Control as a Senior Accounting Analyst. From 2002-2006, they worked at McGuire Furniture as a Senior Accounting Analyst. At Bishop Ranch, they managed interior and maintenance projects and acted as a Yardi ERP system super user. As Accounting Manager, they were system administrator and implementation leader for Yardi ERP conversion and managed all construction accounting functions. At Heat and Control, they managed the monthly close process of a $200M company and trained and acted as a primary backup for AP and AR managers. At McGuire Furniture, they managed the monthly close process of a $26M company and trained and led accounting analysts. Brian was also chosen as the finance department leader of SAP conversion team.

Brian Zacharias obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, General and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh between 1996 and 2001. Brian also participated in the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Study abroad program in London, England in 1999.
