Aries Lee Marcial-Aswit

Aries Lee Marcial-Aswit, C.I.M. has a diverse work experience. They started their career at Victoria Inn Hotel & Convention Centre Winnipeg in 2006, where they worked in various roles such as Guest Service Representative, Guest Services Manager, Duty Manager, and finally as Operations Manager. They held these positions from 2006 to 2020.

In 2020, Aries Lee Marcial-Aswit joined Bison Transport Inc. as a Student and later became a Customs Administrator. They then worked as a Dispatcher, Fleet Coordinator, and Fleet Manager before becoming an Operations Team Lead in April 2023. Aries Lee Marcial-Aswit's tenure at Bison Transport Inc. is ongoing.

Aries Lee Marcial-Aswit, C.I.M. has a diverse education history. In 2004 to 2006, Aries attended the Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology, where they pursued a program in Medical/Clinical Assistant without obtaining a degree. Fast forward to 2016, Aries enrolled in the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute, focusing on Hotel and Restaurant Management and earning a certificate.

More recently, from 2020 to 2021, Aries studied at The University of Winnipeg, where they pursued a Supply Chain Management Diploma within the field of Business Administration and Management. Additionally, during the same period at The University of Winnipeg, Aries also obtained a Management Certificate with a concentration in Business Administration and Management.

To further enhance their professional qualifications, Aries obtained a certification in Management from the CIM | Chartered Managers Canada institution in July 2021.
