Jesse Milling

Jesse Milling has a diverse work experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. In 2006, they started at Acceleron Pharma as an Associate I/II in Process Development/Manufacturing Operations before becoming a Senior Associate in Manufacturing Operations from 2009 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked at Eleven Biotherapeutics as a Senior Research Associate, specializing in Protein Production and Analytics. This was followed by a position at bluebird bio from 2013 to 2020, where they held multiple roles, including Principal Associate Scientist, Scientist II, and Senior Scientist in Vector Process Development. In 2020, they joined TCR² Therapeutics Inc. as an Associate Director in Process Development and Manufacturing, later becoming the Director in the same department. Currently, since 2022, they are working as the Director of Technical Operations at bit.bio.

Jesse Milling holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biology from Tufts University. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biology from Saint Anselm College. Additionally, Jesse has completed certificate programs in Biotech Project Management and Overview of Clinical Research from the Massachusetts Biotech Council. Jesse completed their high school education at Cheverus High School.
