Mike Booth

Mike Booth serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Crescendo Biologics Limited since March 2021. Prior to this role, Mike held several leadership positions at Incyte, including Division VP of Investor Relations & Corporate Responsibility and Vice President of Investor Relations from May 2014 to March 2021. Mike was also SVP of Communications & Corporate Affairs at Algeta ASA from October 2011 to April 2014, focusing on corporate communication strategies and capital markets expansion. Earlier experience includes managing director at The Trout Group, where Mike established the European client base, and director roles at Canaccord Adams and Bank of America, specializing in biotechnology equity research. Mike began a career in investment banking as Associate Director at UBS Investment Bank. Academically, Mike earned a DPhil in Neuroscience from the University of Oxford and a BSc in Psychology from the University of St Andrews.
