Kindley Simpson

Kindley Simpson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2021, they founded and became the owner of ByHisGraceCR. Prior to that, from 2014 onwards, they worked at Regroup Mass Notification, where they held various roles including Director of Business Operations, Business Development Manager, Business Development Trainer and QA Analyst, and Business Development Representative. In 2017, they served as the Human Resources Manager at BitBull Capital. Starting in 2003, they worked at Sykes, where they held positions such as Team Manager, Quality Assurance Analyst, and Customer Service Representative. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing customer service operations, managing teams, ensuring quality standards, and handling customer inquiries.

Kindley Simpson completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universidad San Marcos from the years 2019 to 2022. Before that, from 2001 to 2005, they attended Tecnológico de Costa Rica, where they pursued Industrial Engineering. From 1997 to 2000, they attended Colegio Tecnico Profesional de Limón, where they earned a Minor in Accounting.
