Emilio Roman

Emilio Roman is the Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Channels for the Business Solutions Group at Bitdefender. Prior to this, they served as Senior Vice President of EMEA, APAC and Global Alliances at Scality from November 2014 to April 2020. From April 2004 to November 2014, Emilio was the Vice President of Sales for EMEA and APAC at Fortinet. Emilio has also held positions as Country Manager at Attachmate from April 2001 to April 2004 and Telecommunications Division Director at Samsung Electronics from June 1998 to April 2001.

Emilio Roman has a Master in Business Administration from IE Business School and a BSc in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Politecnica de Catalunya.

Emilio Roman reports to Florin Talpeș, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Bogdan Dumitru - CTO, Catalin Cosoi - Chief Security Strategist, and Andrei Florescu - SVP, Products and Engineering.
