Alper Turgut

Alper Turgut is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service management. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Bitexen since September 2020, Alper has previously held roles such as Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Team Lead within the same company. Prior to Bitexen, Alper worked at Garanti Bankası as a Customer Advisor from February 2019 to January 2020, and at QNB Finansbank in a similar capacity from February 2018 to January 2019. Earlier career experience includes a position as Sales Operations Supervisor at Korkmaz from January 2015 to April 2017. Alper holds a Bachelor's degree in Economy from Istanbul University, earned between 2010 and 2015.
