Malgorzata Czernecka

Malgorzata Czernecka is an Advisor at Bitfold. Prior to that, they were a Founder at New Technologies Foundation 4Future, where they were responsible for start-ups of new training projects and products, business relations, media relations, and dissemination of innovations in the T&D field. Before that, they were Vice President at HRP Group, where they managed and coordinated e-learning projects portfolio based on innovative training methods (including e-learning and blended learning), created research and evaluation tools for assessment of effectivness of e-learning trainings, and was responsible for the whole process of sales, promotion and PR.

Malgorzata Czernecka has a Practitioner Coach Diploma from Noble Manhattan Coaching, a Team Coaching certification from NOVO Coaching Atelier, and an MBA from Torun School of Banking. Malgorzata also has a Master's degree in Psychology with a specialization in Psychology of Career Guidance and Organisation from the University of Lodz. In addition, they have certification in An Integrated Approach to Public Relations from the London School of Public Relations, Wirtschaftsdeutsch from Institut fuer Internationale Kommunikation, Heinrich-Heine University, Duesseldorf, Germany, Trainer of psychological training (first degree) from Laboratory of Education and Psychotherapy, Poland, and IPMA C from the International Project Management Association.
