Evan Williams

Evan Williams is a seasoned professional in customer success and support, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success & Support at Bitly since February 2024. In addition to this role, Evan is a Strategic Advisor and Fractional VP of Customer Success at Growth Molecules, LLC, and acts as a Customer Success Coach for the Catalyst Software Coaching Corner. As a mentor for the Essentials Accelerator by Gainsight, Evan contributes to the development of aspiring customer success leaders. Previously, Evan held the Director of Customer Success position at Nightfall AI, and prior to that, various roles at Mavenlink, including Senior Manager and Manager of Client Success, where recognition as a Top Performer was achieved in 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as a Sr. Client Solutions Manager at Anthology Inc. and working in Information Technology Services at the University of San Diego. Evan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of San Diego.
