Walter Ruilova

Walter Ruilova has extensive work experience in revenue operations and sales management. Walter is currently the Director of Revenue Operations at Bitly, where they have been since May 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Revenue Operations Manager at Bitly starting in May 2021. Before joining Bitly, Walter worked as the Director of Sales Operations at Fidelus Technologies from October 2020 to May 2021.

From 2016 to 2020, Walter worked at QuarterSpot Inc as a Sales Operations Manager. During their time there, they managed a team of 12 account managers and implemented various improvements to the account management process, including the introduction of Net Promoter Score (NPS) and revamped KPI tracking. Walter also played a key role in business development, presenting data analytics and sales opportunities to C-level executives.

Prior to QuarterSpot Inc, Walter worked at Apple as an Account Manager and Specialist from 2014 to 2016. Walter also has experience as an Account Manager at Propark America from 2013 to 2014, where they managed transportation matters for a high-end client and implemented strategies to maximize profit margins.

Early in their career, Walter worked as an English Teacher at St. Gabriel's College from 2011 to 2012.

Walter Ruilova earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Loyola University Maryland between 2007 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a diploma from Frank Scott Bunnell High School from 2002 to 2006.
