Motaz Nofal

Motaz Nofal is the Chief Operating Officer at BitOasis. Motaz was previously a consultant, offering short-term and long-term engagements on various consulting services. These include startup ideation, setup, business and financial modeling, customer experience design and management, strategic review of business models and operations, and due-diligence services in the fields of venture capital, startups, eCommerce and logistics companies. Prior to their work as a consultant, Motaz served as the Director of Operations and Customer Experience - Value Creation at Wamda Capital, and as the Regional Customer Services Manager - Middle East and Africa at IATA.

Motaz Nofal has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan and an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School's Dubai Campus.

Motaz Nofal reports to Ola Doudin, CEO & Co-Founder. Motaz Nofal works with Fadi Bachir - VP, People, Doris Kayode - Chief Compliance Officer, and Daniel Robenek - CTO & Co-Founder.
