Gianluca Rosania

Gianluca Rosania has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and consulting roles. Gianluca is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition - Blockchain, Tech & Product at Bitpanda, where they aim to remove financial barriers and empower people to invest. Prior to this, they co-founded LIVT and was responsible for building brand awareness and leading a team. Gianluca also worked as an advisor and consultant for companies and startups in the blockchain, tech, and product sectors. Gianluca has lectured at various institutions and served as the Global Technical Recruitment Manager at Glovo, where they built and mentored teams in recruitment and tech. Overall, Gianluca has a passion for improving hiring processes and promoting a positive impact in the industry.

Gianluca Rosania's education history includes a variety of degrees and certifications. Gianluca obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology from Universidad de Las Américas (EC) from 2006 to 2011. In 2017, they pursued further education at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, completing a Sports Management Masters program at the Barcelona School of Management. At the same time, they also studied Coaching and Sport Sciences through a Master's program at ESNECA Business School. In 2018, Gianluca enrolled in a Startup Incubation Program at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, focusing on Sports and Technology.

Continuing their education, they obtained a Development certification from Udemy Academy in 2018, specializing in C# Sharp .NET. Gianluca also completed courses in JavaScript through Codecademy and freeCodeCamp that same year. Additionally, Gianluca has obtained additional certifications outside of formal education, including a Black Belt in Recruitment - Sourcing Ninja from SocialTalent in January 2019 and a Human Resources Management certification from Harvard Business School in April 2020.

Furthermore, Gianluca has also pursued professional development by attending a Hiring Skills course at Siete Consultores in 2013 and a Clinic Hypnosis and Neuro Linguistic Programming program at IAAN in 2008-2009, specializing in NLP.
