Nina Medina Wordley

Director, Customer Success While Label at Bitpanda

Nina Medina Wordley has a strong background in customer success and account management. Nina is currently working as the Director of Customer Success While Label at Bitpanda, where they lead success efforts for their white label partners. Prior to this, they were the Director of Partner Success at Bitpanda Technology Solutions.

Before joining Bitpanda, Nina had an extensive tenure at BlueJeans Network, where they held multiple roles. Nina served as the Head of Customer Success EMEA & APAC, leading a team of Customer Success Managers and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Nina also held the positions of Head of Customer Onboarding EMEA and Interim Manager, responsible for onboarding customers and managing implementation projects. Additionally, they were part of the Customer Onboarding team, creating deployment programs and establishing successful service within the first 90 days for customers.

Earlier in their career, Nina worked as a Key Account Manager at UNIPAC Europa S.A., managing client accounts and expanding business in Northern Europe and South Africa. Nina has also worked at Schlumberger as a Reservoir Field Engineer, where they managed evaluation projects, trained crews, and received awards for service quality.

Throughout their career, Nina has consistently demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction and achieving exceptional results.

Nina Medina Wordley obtained a Master's degree in Project Management from Universitat Ramon Llull, which they attended from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. Some of these certifications include "CCSK Cert Prep: 1 Cloud Architecture," "Cybersecurity Awareness: Breaking Down Cloud Security," "Executive Presence: Tips for Women," "Learning Cloud Computing: Cloud Security," and "Success Strategies for Women in the Workplace." These certifications were obtained in January 2022, from the institution LinkedIn.
