Waridah M. has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. In 2018, they worked as a legal attache at Milimani law courts in Nairobi, Kenya. From 2018 to 2020, they were an Associate Editor at the University of Nairobi Law Journal. In 2020, they also served as a Market Research Fellow at Impact Africa Network and as a Legal and Compliance Intern at Global Citizenship Foundation.

Throughout 2021, Waridah worked as a Research Assistant and Researcher at the Committee on Fiscal Studies, as well as a Research Assistant at the United Nations Independent Expert.
