Clive Camilleri has extensive work experience in HR, recruitment, and customer support roles. Clive currently serves as the Head of People Operations at Bitrise, where they oversee employee lifecycle management, HR systems oversight, and global HRIS strategy. Prior to Bitrise, Clive worked at Trustly as an HRIS Partner and HR & People Operations Manager, where they focused on HR systems and tools leadership, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement. Clive also worked at Castille Resources as a Recruitment Manager and Senior Recruitment Consultant, specializing in Accounting, Audit, Tax, Advisory, and Corporate professions. Before that, Clive served as a Call Center & Risk Manager at Insignia Group of Companies and held various customer support roles at HSBC and La Redoute.
