Deborah Ruff

Deborah Ruff is a Senior Manager Customer Care at BITS GmbH since April 2022. Prior to that, Deborah worked as a Customer Success Manager at Gini GmbH from October 2017 to June 2021, and as a Server Solution Sales Representative at IBM from October 2015 to September 2017. Deborah also has experience as a Master Student in Sales at IBM Deutschland GmbH and as a Finance Intern at Robert Bosch GmbH. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Philipp University of Marburg, a Master's Degree in Strategic Sales Management from ESB Business School Reutlingen, and Bachelor's Degrees in International Business from Anglia Ruskin University and University of Applied Sciences Landshut.
