Leo Moreira, MBA, SSGBC, RTE has a diverse work experience history beginning in 2002 as the Director of Latin American Affairs for Global Unification International (GUI). In this role, they implemented the organization's development program for Latin America and managed a team of 16 country representatives and 4 regional directors. Leo established comprehensive government and regulatory affairs strategies to advance GUI's goals and strengthen relationships with governing bodies.

In 2003, Leo joined Sabre Corporation as a Call Center Operations Manager. Leo led a team of 200 employees across four different support desks and successfully established the Online Customers and Web services Support Desks in Montevideo, Uruguay. Additionally, Leo designed and standardized processes and procedures for IT cost review and adjustment.

Leo continued to excel at Sabre Corporation, taking on various leadership roles. As Principal, Operations and Implementations, they were responsible for the software implementation plan for global customers, managing the operations team to ensure timely on-site support during platform deployment. In their role as Principal, Marketing Operations, Leo drove the rollout of a database migration plan, resulting in significant cost savings. Leo also served as a Principal Program Manager, coordinating departmental and cross-functional teams for global software implementation program objectives.

In 2019, Leo joined Freeman Company as an Assistant Director - Customer Success Implementation. Leo led the Digital Customer Success Project Managers in collaborating with customers for software configuration and technical implementation. Leo worked with various teams including Customer Success, Product Managers, Digital Operations, Channel Sales, and Growth.

In 2020, Leo co-founded and became a partner at CMC Language Services. Currently, in 2022, they hold the position of Senior Manager Customer Support at Tekmetric.

Leo Moreira received a BA in International Studies from Universidad ORT Uruguay between 1998 and 2002. In 2011, they attended Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and obtained a Master in Business Administration with a focus on International Business. Leo has also attained several certifications including Notary Public from the State of Texas in August 2021, Project Management Certification and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Professional from Six Sigma Global Institute in May 2018 and April 2018 respectively. Leo further obtained the SAFe® 4 Agilist and SAFe 4 Release Train Engineer certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2019 and July 2019 respectively. Additionally, Leo holds the Advanced User Certification for Sitecore CMS 6.4, and they have completed the Product Management with Lean, Agile and System Design Thinking course.
