🌝 Ervin Kougija

Ervin Kougija has a strong background in customer support and business development. 🌝 Ervin started their career as a TravelSim Business Development Manager at TravelSim | Top Connect in 2014. There, they supervised projects to improve telecommunications services and managed deals with B2B partners. 🌝 Ervin also actively promoted the company's brand and searched for new leads at international shows.

In 2017, Ervin joined Adcash as a Publisher Manager, where they conducted partnerships with large and medium-sized sites to purchase traffic and place advertisers' offers. 🌝 Ervin collaborated with a team of advertisers for better results and educated website owners on best practices.

Most recently, Ervin worked at Bitsgap as the Head of Customer Support from 2018 onwards. 🌝 Ervin was responsible for establishing the customer support department from scratch, including hiring and onboarding. 🌝 Ervin effectively managed and coordinated a team of 20 employees.

Ervin Kougija has pursued a comprehensive education in the field of business and management. In 2010-2011, Ervin attended TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Building on this foundation, Ervin then enrolled at HAMK Häme University of Applied Sciences from 2012 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business. Additionally, during their time at HAMK, Ervin obtained a certification in "Internationalization in Northern Europe." Ervin further expanded their academic background at Deggendorf Institute of Technology, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Management in 2014. Demonstrating a commitment to professional growth beyond their formal education, Ervin has also obtained additional certifications, including a "Certificate Of Completion Managing and Working with a Technical Team for Nontechnical Professionals" from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy in May 2020.
