Ervin Kougija has a strong background in customer support and business development. 🌝 Ervin started their career as a TravelSim Business Development Manager at TravelSim | Top Connect in 2014. Ervin further expanded their academic background at Deggendorf Institute of Technology, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Management in 2014. Demonstrating a commitment to professional growth beyond their formal education, Ervin has also obtained additional certifications, including a "Certificate Of Completion Managing and Working with a Technical Team for Nontechnical Professionals" from the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy in May 2020.
