Matthew Lennon

Matthew Lennon has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matthew began their career as a Software Engineer at Teradyne in 1998 and later became the Release Manager for the Semiconductor Test Division. In 2005, Matthew joined Maxtor Corporation as a Program Manager, where they coordinated various functions of the organization and ensured the achievement of cost and quality objectives.

Moving on, Matthew joined The MathWorks in 2006 as a Program Manager, responsible for multiple programs and serving as the main integration and coordination point within the company. Matthew then joined Vertica Systems in 2010 as a Senior Release Manager, where they designed and implemented a reliable release program and managed Vertica releases throughout the software lifecycle.

In 2012, Matthew took on the role of Producer at WB Games, Turbine, where they coordinated the creation and maintenance of websites for game releases by Warner Brothers. Later that year, they became a Program Manager at Rapid7, responsible for planning and overseeing software release plans and coordinating cross-functional efforts.

In 2014, Matthew joined Oracle as the Director of Program Management for the Analytics division. In this role, they managed the overall program management for the division and developed processes to enhance operational capabilities and monitoring.

Most recently, Matthew joined BitSight in 2020 as the Senior Director of Program Management. Matthew was chartered with creating the Program Management Office and overseeing key cross-functional programs across all aspects of the company. Matthew focused on ensuring program execution, managing risks, promoting transparency, and driving each program towards success. Matthew also reviewed and improved processes and fostered a culture of project execution and operational excellence at BitSight.

Matthew Lennon attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1995 to 1999. Matthew pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science during their time at the university.
