Zainab E.

Zainab E. has a solid background in customer service and technology, currently serving as a Financial Customer Associate at Fidelity Investments since January 2022, and recently transitioned to an Engineering Intern at Bitsight in June 2023. Recognized as the Most Valuable Player in May 2022, Zainab excels in client interaction and problem-solving within financial services. As a 2023 Fellow in the Hack.Diversity program, Zainab is focused on career development and leadership. Previous roles include Customer Service Representative at Colonial Mills and various positions at the University of Rhode Island, including Information Technology Supervisor and Teaching Assistant. Zainab also gained practical experience as a Software Development Intern at Draper and contributed to the National Society of Black Engineers in multiple leadership roles. Zainab holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Rhode Island, earned in 2021.
