Chris Garrett

Chris Garrett has worked in the software engineering industry since 2011. Chris began their career as a Web Developer at pzuraq.co, where they worked with Ember.js, Jquery, Ruby on Rails, and PHP. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Ticketfly, where they worked with Ember.js and Scala to help modernize a legacy code base. Chris also built a unified SCSS framework and several reusable Ember components, and lead the development of several Ember applications. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Addepar. Currently, they are a Senior Front End Engineer at Bitski.

Chris Garrett attended Diablo Valley College from 2009 to 2012 and then the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science.
