Angelica Castellanos

Angelica Castellanos is the Chief People Officer at Bitso. Prior to their current role, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Konfio from July 2019 to September 2021. Prior to that, they were the Regional Director of Operations at Good Eggs from July 2018 to June 2019.

Before their time in the private sector, Ms. Castellanos worked in the public sector as a Business Operations Analyst at 3 cordilleras from January 2007 to December 2008.

Ms. Castellanos earned their MBA from C&S Wholesale Grocers in 2017.

Angelica Castellanos has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, a Master in Operations and Supply Chain from EAE Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Universidad EAFIT. Angelica also has certification from LinkedIn in How to Ask Productive Questions, Telling Stories with Data, Jeff Weiner on Establishing a Culture and a Plan for Scaling, Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant on Option B: Building Resilience, and Unconscious Bias.
