Luisa Fernanda Castillo

Luisa Fernanda Castillo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, operations, and project management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the COO and Project Manager at Bitso since April 2024, Luisa has previously held significant roles at Drip Capital as People & Strategy Associate Director for Mexico and the USA, as well as managerial positions in human resources. Additional expertise includes consulting for DB Menos and advanced HR management at Stori Card. Luisa's background in operations and business is supported by an MBA from Universidad Anáhuac, a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution.
