Milena Marques

Milena Marques has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Milena started their career as a Financial Analyst at PwC, where they conducted external audits for clients such as Itaú Unibanco and Mercado Livre. Milena then moved on to BM&FBovespa, where they worked as a Senior Analyst, specializing in securities lending and new product development. Milena later joined BTG+ as a Business Manager and then as an Executive Director in the Digital Retail Unit. In these roles, they were responsible for various tasks such as portfolio evaluation, performance analysis, and estate planning. Milena also served as the Director of a Family Office, where they provided exclusive and customized services in Wealth Management and Succession Planning. Milena'smost recent position is at Bitso, where they hold the title of Head of Operations & Business Continuity. In this role, they are responsible for controlling deposits and withdrawals, coordinating payment and flow of funds projects, and conducting strategic efficiency assessments.

Milena Marques completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Investments and Risks at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in 2008.
