Katja Sajovic

Katja Sajovic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently, Katja serves as a People Business Partner at Bitstamp, a position held since August 2022. Prior to this, Katja worked at Adecco from February 2016 to August 2022, initially as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later as Project Manager for Talent Acquisition, focusing on customized recruitment solutions and fostering positive relationships between candidates and companies. Katja's career includes a role as Search and Selection Consultant at Manpower Slovenia, where project management and client relations were key responsibilities. Earlier experience at Zavarovalnica Triglav involved client support in personal insurance, and Katja began their career as a Rental Sales Agent at Anticus d.o.o. Katja holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Informatics from the University of Ljubljana, obtained in 2011.
