Shravya M.

Shravya M. has worked in a variety of roles across multiple companies since 2012. Shravya began their career as an Intern at Teleparadigm, where they worked on a project based on Java Unique Identification system. In 2013, they worked as a Project Trainee at G5 Software Solutions, and as a Web User Interface Developer at Buddhi Software Technologies Pvt Ltd. Shravya then moved to Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where they worked as an Admin for Starfish Retention Center - CASA. In 2015, they joined T-Mobile as a Sr. Software Developer (Salesforce) and a Software Developer (UI & Salesforce). In 2019, they became a Sr. Salesforce Developer at F5 Networks, and in 2020, they joined BitTitan as a Revenue Operations Systems Administrator and a Salesforce Administrator.

Shravya M. holds a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad. Shravya has also obtained several certifications, including Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Zendesk Certified Support Administrator Expert, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Certified SAFe 4 DevOps Practitioner, Certified SAFe 4 Product Owner/Product Manager, and Certified SAFe 4 Scrum Master.
