In their previous role, Vera upskilled existing team members by creating a culture of learning and promoting targeted trainings, peer programming, and hackathons. Vera also drove technology modernization and transformation from legacy monolithic systems to API-based scalable and reusable platforms deployed on the cloud.

Vera Silver holds a BA in Computer Science from Queens College. Vera is also certified from the FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in Series 99.
