Cesar Gonzalez has a diverse and extensive work experience. Cesar began their career as a Freelance Web Designer and Developer, working on small WordPress projects and providing web design, development, and maintenance. Cesar then worked as a Webmaster for Student Publications at The University of Texas-Pan American, where they managed the online presence of the student-run newspaper and provided IT support.
