Robbie Gay

Robbie Gay is currently a developer at Bitwerx. Prior to that, they worked as an associate software engineer at Veterinary Data Services from June 2020 to April 2022. They also have experience as an iOS developer, having worked as a freelance mobile and web developer with a focus on building native iOS apps. Robbie's interest in creating apps that leverage technology to add value to people's lives stems from their personal desire to minimize the amount of time spent staring at their phone. In addition to their work in the tech industry, Robbie has also hosted a weekly talk show called "Bedroom Productions" on WRFL (88.1 FM) from August 2018 to January 2020, where they interviewed local artists about their creative process.

Robbie Gay graduated from Woodford County High School and then went on to study English Language and Literature/Letters, Film Studies at Centre College. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree, Robbie Gay decided to switch gears and learn computer software engineering. Robbie Gay is now a Full Stack Web Dev (LAMP Tech Stack) at Awesome Inc.
