Kristina Cool

Vice President of Human Resource Operations, Kristina Cool orchestrates and assists in the logistics of nearly every aspect of the employment process at Bitwise Industries. From new employee onboarding processes to the software systems used by the Human Resources Department, Kristina stays on top of everything, so that each employee feels as comfortable as possible while navigating around the Bitwise ecosystem. Kristina’s experience at Bitwise started at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic while she was working as a temporary employee on the OnwardCA project. In the past two years, she’s had front-row seats to watch the exponential growth of Bitwise and says she feels grateful to be along for the adventure, and can’t wait to see where Bitwise will be in the next five years.
