Dana Lynn is an accomplished professional in user experience design and research, currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Practice at Iowa State University, where Dana will teach a remote course on User Engagement for the HCI program. As a Lead Service Designer at Bixal since March 2023, Dana employs a holistic approach to mapping user experiences and understanding customer needs. With extensive mentorship experience at Career Foundry, Dana has guided UX and UI design students since October 2015. Previous roles include Principal UX Researcher at BillGO and Lead UX Researcher at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where Dana contributed to various research and design initiatives. Dana holds a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Iowa State University, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design, and a Certificate in Problem Space Research from Indi Young Adv Training.
