Sinead Fernihough began their work experience in 2014 as an Accounts Assistant at Tony Butler Meats Ltd. Sinead then worked as a Senior Accounts Administrator at LearnUpon from January 2016 to March 2019. In 2020, they joined Swrve as an Office Manager from February to November. Following this, they became a Financial Administrator at Bizimply from December 2020 to April 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Business Operations Executive at Bizimply since May 2022.

Sinead Fernihough has a diverse educational background. In 2013-2014, they attended Wexford Vocational College, where they pursued a degree in Accounts and Payroll Skills, focusing on accounting. In 2019-2020, they enrolled in the Digital Marketing Institute and completed a Certified Digital Marketing Professional program. Additionally, in 2020, they took part in the Agile Crash Course: Agile Project Management and Agile Delivery at the Noble Work Foundation.

Most recently, in 2022, Sinead attended Kingstown College, where they earned two advanced diplomas. These diplomas allowed their to enhance their coaching and mentoring skills, providing their with a solid foundation in these fields.
