Jason Kushner

Jason Kushner has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jason started as an Editorial Intern at DC Comics in 2012, where they worked on daily blog posts and contributed ideas for MAD Magazine features. Jason then joined WCDB Albany and held roles as Music Director and General Manager, where they managed a team, strengthened relationships with record distributors, and updated the station's systems and processes. Jason then worked as a Production Assistant at A&E Television, assisting in the scripting and development of promotional spots. Jason later served as a Media & Marketing Coordinator (contract) at the Vermont Department of Health, coordinating tobacco cessation campaigns. At Viacom, Jason held multiple roles including IT Helpdesk Agent, IT Project Coordinator, and Business Analyst, where they provided solutions and troubleshooting, managed projects and vendor communication, and coordinated customized solutions. Most recently, Jason worked at BrightTALK as a Customer Success Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager, where they onboarded and grew a portfolio of customers and empowered them to leverage virtual presenting capabilities and demand generation engines. Jason currently holds the position of Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Bizzabo.

Jason Kushner graduated from the University at Albany, SUNY in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 from SuccessHACKER in July 2022, the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in December 2021, and Technical Writing from NYU School of Professional Studies in November 2019. Jason also completed courses such as "QD602x: Business Analytics for Data-Driven Decision Making" and "QD505x: Platform Strategy for Business" from Boston University in May 2018 and April 2018 respectively. In March 2018, they completed a 14-hour course on Microsoft Excel - Beginner to Advanced from Udemy. Jason has also earned the Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2015 and completed a course on Agile Project Management from lynda.com in November 2015. Moreover, they hold certifications such as the Google Analytics Individual Qualification and Google Adwords Mobile Certification, both obtained in January 2018 from Google.
