Laura Meliksetyan's work experience begins in 2014 as a Client Manager and interpreter at Учебный центр Перспектива. In 2015, they became an English Second Language Teacher and school manager at Laura English Club. Then, in 2017, they joined SupportYourApp as a Customer Support Consultant and later became a Customer Support Team Lead in 2018. In November 2020, they started working at Bizzabo as a Manager of Customer Support (APAC & EMEA) and in December 2022, they transitioned to the role of Senior Manager of Customer Care.

Laura Meliksetyan received a Master's degree in Linguistics, with a specialization in Interpreter (English, French), from Kyiv International University. Laura attended this institution from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Teaching Theory and Methodology of Foreign Languages and Cultures at Russian - Armenian University, where their studies took place from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Laura obtained certifications in various areas. In October 2021, they completed the "Foundations of French for Global Communication" course at King's College London. In July 2020, they obtained the "Mindshift: Break Through Obstacles to Learning and Discover Your Hidden Potential" certification from Coursera. Finally, in May 2020, Laura obtained the "PowerPoint: Silicon Valley Presentation Secrets" certification through LinkedIn.
