Don Chen

Don Chen is a designer at BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group since May 2021, previously working as a junior architect at OMA from October 2019 to December 2020 and as a junior designer at Leong Leong for a brief period in 2019. Earlier experience includes architectural internships at Shigeru Ban Architects and Büro Ole Scheeren, where Don Chen contributed to physical and digital modeling for multiple mixed-use projects and designed various diagrams. Additionally, Don Chen volunteered for the Canada Green Building Council, assisting Chinese delegates at the annual Building Lasting Change Conference. Educational credentials include a degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Toronto, along with summer studies in Constructed Environment at Parsons School of Design and a degree from Columbia University obtained between 2016 and 2019.
