Trish Lollo

President, St. Louis Children's Hospital at BJC HealthCare

As president of St. Louis Children’s Hospital, Trish Lollo is responsible for the successful operation of this over 300-bed pediatric hospital that has provided exceptional care for children for more than 130 years. With its academic partner, Washington University School of Medicine, Children’s is consistently ranked among the nation’s best pediatric hospitals by U.S. News & World Report. It has provided care for children in all 50 states and 80 countries around the world. A member of BJC HealthCare, St. Louis Children’s Hospital follows one simple mission – to do what’s right for kids.

Lollo previously served as president of Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital. During her three year tenure, she led the hospital’s long-term strategic plan and campus transformation.

Lollo joined BJC in 2011 as the vice president of oncology services at the Siteman Cancer Center, and Barnes-Jewish Hospital laboratories and radiology. At Siteman, Lollo led strategic planning and operations for inpatient and outpatient services. She also fostered multidisciplinary care efforts within clinical programs and played a vital role in increasing Siteman’s national presence.

Prior to joining Siteman, Lollo served as associate administrator of oncology services for University of California San Diego Health System, where she oversaw the delivery of cancer care at two hospital campuses and UC San Diego Moores Cancer Center, also a National Cancer Institute-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Stony Brook University and a master’s degree in public health from Yale University.

Lollo serves on the board of directors for BJC Home Care Services.

Lollo is from Stony Brook on New York’s Long Island. She decided to pursue a career in hospital administration after shadowing the CEO of a teaching hospital in Philadelphia during college. She resides in Illinois with her husband and three boys.
