Elizabeth Donofrio

Elizabeth Donofrio has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Elizabeth started their career at Penn State Experimental and Computational Convection Laboratory as an Undergraduate Research Assistant, where they focused on modeling and examining heat transfer augmentation. Elizabeth then interned at Pratt & Whitney as a Turbine Durability Intern, conducting tests and compiling reports on engine conditions. Following that, they worked at Bell Helicopter as a Senior Design Capstone Project Member, researching helicopter gearbox thermal management.

In 2013, Donofrio joined BK Medical, where they held several positions over the years. Elizabeth began as an Associate Manufacturing Process Engineer, responsible for creating manufacturing instructions and facilitating product transfers during site consolidation.
