Drew Koloski is an experienced professional in business development and recruiting, currently holding positions at BKB Talent and as the Founder of Talent Slice. With a strong background in talent acquisition and organizational growth, Drew served as Vice President of Business Development at Gray Scalable, where the focus was on enhancing recruiting practices for tech companies. As Co-founder and COO of Upsider, Drew contributed to the development of a data-driven sales hiring marketplace that later evolved into an AI-driven recruiting platform. Prior experiences include directing talent acquisition at XO Group Inc. and recruiting roles at Wyng, American Express, and Experian Marketing Services.
