Alexis Faulkner

Alexis Faulkner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital banking, risk management, and project implementation in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Digital Banking and Process Manager at BKS BANK since February 2019, Alexis leads digital transformation initiatives and manages consumer and SME lending processes. Previous roles include Retail- and SB Portfolio Manager at BAWAG P.S.K., focusing on financial sustainability and risk management, and Country Portfolio Manager for Retail Risk at Banking, where Alexis developed comprehensive credit policies. Alexis has also contributed to SME banking projects in Sub-Saharan Africa with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and held various consulting positions in strategy and risk management across different organizations. Educational qualifications include certifications in Risk Management and SME Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, an MBA from US Business School in Prague/RIT, and a Master’s degree in Finance & International Management from University of Graz.
