Ian Grabill

Ian Grabill has held a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2009. Ian began their career as a Technician at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory in 2009, followed by an Online Marketing Coordinator role at Greentech Media in 2010. From 2012-2016, they worked at Ticket Evolution, starting as a Software Engineer, then becoming a Tech Lead and eventually the Director of Engineering. In 2016, Grabill was selected as a "Buspreneur" for StartupBus, where they competed against 5 other buses for top prize. In 2015, they took on a Fractional CTO/Business Consultant role at Scotts Flowers NYC. From 2016-2021, they were the Founder at Submarine Rock, and in 2020 they were a Fractional CTO at Fund the First. In 2021, Grabill became the Founder of HostedHooks and a Fractional CTO at Glass.net, where they were brought on to help manage their technical direction and product development while the company was in the process of being acquired. Ian currently holds the role of Head of Engineering at BL3NDlabs.

Ian Grabill attended the University of New Brunswick from 2005-2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in both Biology and Business.
