Laetitia Melchior

Laetitia Melchior is an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional with extensive experience in managing recruitment teams and processes across various sectors, including customer product and marketing. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Team Manager at BlaBlaCar since October 2021, Laetitia oversees a team of Talent Acquisition Managers and is responsible for the recruitment of senior positions in Europe and Brazil, as well as the creation of hiring training programs.
