Ramon Leon

Ramon Leon is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Blachford Acoustics Group since February 2018, Ramon oversees all manufacturing facilities in Illinois and Wisconsin and manages the Supply Chain for North America and Canada. Prior to this role, Ramon held multiple positions at ITW, culminating as Operations Manager, where oversight included a team of 55 and significant contributions to efficiency through a Global Footprint Project. Ramon's career commenced at DEH Printed Circuits, progressing through varied engineering and managerial roles, demonstrating expertise in process improvement, quality assurance, and supply chain management. Ramon holds an Executive Scholars Certification in General Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
