Jim Combe has extensive experience in restaurant operations and management, with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently, Jim serves as a retired Regional Coach at Black Bear Diner since May 2019. Previously, Jim held the position of Regional Director of Operations at Mimi's Cafe from 2012 to March 2019, overseeing 41 restaurants and five Directors of Operations. Jim's leadership at Catalina Restaurants from 2011 to 2012 involved managing 25 locations and implementing successful safety programs. Jim's tenure at Bonefish Grill from 2005 to 2011 as a Joint Venture Partner included market introduction and operational oversight across multiple states. Earlier, Jim worked as a Managing Partner at Outback Steakhouse from 1995 to 2005, where responsibilities included financial and operational management of a $4MM restaurant. Jim holds a degree from Arizona State University.
